3.3 Accurate Information. 3.4 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) spin7 Account. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual — whether under the same identity or different names — are strictly prohibited. spin7 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances associated with them upon detection.
3.5 Exclusion of Restricted Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or use spin7: (a) individuals under the age of 21; (b) individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from spin7 or are subject to a PAGCOR-mandated exclusion; (c) employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of spin7 and its affiliated entities; (d) individuals in jurisdictions where accessing online gambling services is expressly prohibited by local law.
21+ ENFORCEMENT: spin7 conducts mandatory age verification before processing any withdrawal. Accounts found to have been registered by individuals under 21 will be closed immediately, all gameplay will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned in accordance with applicable regulations. 4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. spin7 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your Account credentials.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify spin7 immediately via Live Chat or email. spin7 will suspend the Account pending investigation upon receipt of such notification.
4.3 Account Verification. spin7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. spin7 may charge an inactivity fee on dormant accounts after reasonable notice has been provided to the registered contact details. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by logging in and providing any required verification.
4.5 Account Currency. All spin7 Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are transacted in PHP. Players depositing via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other PHP-denominated payment methods will not incur currency conversion charges from spin7.

5.2 Minimum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless a specific promotional offer specifies a different minimum. Deposits below the minimum will not be processed and may be returned to the originating account.
5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; (c) the withdrawal request being made to a verified payment account registered in the Player's name.

Failure to provide satisfactory source of funds documentation may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending investigation.
5.7 Third-Party Payments. spin7 does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, third-party accounts. All payment transactions must be between spin7 and the registered Account holder's own verified payment accounts. Deposits detected from third-party sources will be returned where possible or held pending investigation.
6.1 All bonus offers and promotions made available by spin7 are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
